A vehicle was reported rummaged through and a bag taken at 7:56 a.m. Wednesday at 810 S. Newton Ave.

Police received a report of a theft of a Social Security card and birth certificate at 6:28 p.m. Wednesday at 1609 Bridge Ave.

Woman cited for assault
Police cited Natalie Marie Christensen, 45, for fifth-degree assault at 3:23 p.m. Thursday after receiving a report of a woman hitting an employee at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave.
