About
Professor Kristina Hess brings 11 years of clinical and educational experience to her full-time faculty role at »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵ. She completed her undergraduate nursing degree at The College of New Rochelle and earned her master’s degree from Frontier Nursing University. Kristina holds dual certification as a Certified Nurse Midwife and a Women’s Health Care Nurse Practitioner. By maintaining an active clinical practice, she seamlessly integrates her hands-on experience into her teaching.
Kristina currently teaches Health Assessment & Promotion Lab and Clinical Judgment at the Bronx and Dobbs Ferry campuses. Kristina’s academic research interests focus on improving perinatal mental health outcomes.
